Agentic AI Assistant
The Assistant is an operations copilot for depot teams. It helps you understand what to do, summarizes operational status, and takes you to the right screen to complete each task.

Setup mode vs operational mode
- Setup — During first-time onboarding, Jarvis guides you through the key startup data (clients, tariffs, and optional yard setup).
- Operational — Once you are live, Jarvis supports daily work: answers “how-to” questions, summarizes status, and suggests next actions.
What it does in practice
- Summarizes depot status (moves, inspections, repairs, billing).
- Answers product “how do I do this?” questions with clear steps.
- Highlights pending operational items (for example customs expiries).
- Opens the right screen with direct links so you can execute faster.
The assistant does not replace core operation screens: Gate, inspections, quotations, and invoices are always confirmed in their modules.

One-click actions
When relevant, Jarvis provides direct links to modules such as Gate, Yard, or Invoicing with helpful context already prepared.
Limits
Chat usage may be subject to plan limits. If you reach a limit, the product shows it directly in the chat.
