What it solves
Reduces gate queues and confusion: the gate knows when to expect each move, aligned with Gate In / Gate Out.
Flow
- Create — Date/time, client, container(s), transport fields (driver phone when available).
- Statuses — Scheduled/confirmed; overdue moves may be marked no-show.
- ~1h reminder — With a valid phone, an internal notification can include a WhatsApp link with pre-filled text; the operator reviews and sends it.
