MNR repairs
MNR repairs are handled with a clear lifecycle: PENDING → APPROVED → IN_PROGRESS → COMPLETED (and optionally CLOSED).
Lifecycle

| PENDING | Created; pending internal review or approval. |
| IN_REVIEW | Under review (quote or internal approval). |
| APPROVED | Client approved; work can start. |
| REJECTED | Rejected (e.g. quote declined). |
| IN_PROGRESS | Work in progress. |
| COMPLETED | Work finished. |
| CLOSED | Administratively closed. |
Line items and costs
Each repair includes line items, estimated vs approved vs actual cost, linked to inspection damages when applicable.
Create from inspection
- Open an inspection with damages.
- Use Create MNR repair (or equivalent).
- Damages link to the repair; add items and costs.
- Save as PENDING.
Quotation
- Create or edit the quotation on the repair.
- Send to the client (SENT).
- Client approves or rejects; on approval, move to APPROVED and IN_PROGRESS.
FAQ
Repair without inspection?
Possible, but linking from inspection keeps traceability.
Client rejects quote?
Repair may stay REJECTED or return to PENDING for a new quote.
