Predictions and alerts

In ContainerHub, predictions help you anticipate workload and operational risk using your depot’s real data.

In the Assistant

Jarvis can help with analysis such as:

  • Yard occupancy / forecast
  • Re-handle risk
  • Dwell time analytics
  • Revenue analytics

These insights support decisions so teams can act faster.

Automatic dashboard alerts

The product can also generate dashboard notifications, for example:

  • Free storage ending soon (client free days vs Gate In date).
  • Repairs pending approval too long.
  • Customs expiring soon.
  • Appointments (e.g. wa.me reminder link, overdue/no-show).
  • Yard occupancy above a threshold (e.g. ~85%).
  • Overdue invoices.

Each alert links directly to the relevant screen.

What this is not (sidebar “Coming soon”)

These sidebar entries are not part of the documented product today:

  • AI Insights, One-Way Trips — Marked coming soon for most roles.
  • Route optimizer, AI repositioning — Internal beta (restricted access).
