Clients are commercial accounts (lines, forwarders, direct accounts). Every container, move, and invoice links to a client. Path: /dashboard/depot/clients.
What it solves
One view of who has equipment in yard, commercial terms (e.g. free storage days), and how to contact them.
Important fields
- Name and commercial data as you configure.
- Free storage days — Used for free-period expiry alerts.
- Phone / WhatsApp — Valid mobile numbers let the team open pre-filled WhatsApp messages for faster communication.
Import
Bulk client import (Excel/CSV) is available for migrations.
Roles
- CLIENT_USER is bound to one client (portal).
