WhatsApp (wa.me links)
ContainerHub uses WhatsApp links with pre-drafted text so teams can notify drivers and clients faster with fewer typing errors.
Where it is used
- Appointment reminders — Internal notifications with a link to ping the driver ~1h before (Appointments).
- Clients — If a mobile is stored, the UI can open WhatsApp with status or free storage alert text.
Limitations
- Sending is still manual: the operator reviews the message and confirms delivery in WhatsApp.
